Purbanchal University College of Environment and Forestry (PUCEF) was established in 2018 as the sixth constituent college of the Purbanchal University (PU), Gothgaun, Morang, Nepal. In order to meet the growing demands for skilled and competent natural resource managers in the country, PU founded PUCEF, which launched two academic programs: a four-year B.Sc. Forestry and a two-year Master’s in Environment Administration and Management. Besides academic programs, it also conducts short-term trainings and workshops regarding environment and forestry related subject matters. PUCEF strives to develop itself as a center of excellence in environment and forestry education.
